**About the Role**:
We are seeking a seasoned Total Reward Process & Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team.This role is pivotal in designing and enhancing global reward processes to ensure consistency and alignment with our strategic goals, while supporting the integration of regional practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and enhance reward processes to ensure global consistency and efficiency.
- Align regional reward practices with the global strategy.
- Integrate reward systems and policies from various regions, ensuring alignment with the global reward strategy.
- Draft, review, and update Total Reward (compensation, incentive & benefits) policies and frameworks to ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance with local labour, financial, and taxation laws.
- Utilize data to support decision-making and strategic planning in reward management.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on reward governance, process efficiency, and compliance status.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for reward-related governance issues, providing expert advice and support to senior leaders.

**Capabilities Required**:
**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, CPP) are preferred.
- Recognized as a seasoned expert, often consulted for intricate problem-solving, and actively involved in shaping projects and teams.
