**The Role**:
As our Content Writer, you'll be a critical part of our Growth team, helping us build a compelling brand presence and engage our audience with high-quality written content. You'll create a mix of articles, case studies, blogs, product briefs, and feature communications - turning technical information into clear, customer-friendly stories.

This role demands someone who can perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple writing projects at once. A love for writing is essential; corporate experience is optional. If you have experience creating content calendars and strategy - that's a major plus.

We also expect you to be comfortable using AI tools like GPT to manage workload and enhance productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write engaging blogs, articles, and website content that resonate with our target audience.
- Turn complex product and feature briefs from the Product Team into clear, customer-facing communications.
- Craft compelling case studies that showcase customer success stories and product impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure messaging is aligned.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support drafting, idea generation, and scaling output efficiently.
- Help plan and maintain a content calendar (if you have the experience). Contribute to the development of broader content strategies (if applicable).

**What We're Looking For**:

- A passion for writing — this comes first.
- Ability to work at speed and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong storytelling skills with attention to tone, audience, and brand voice.
- Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand language.
- Comfort using AI tools like GPT to assist in content production.
- (Bonus) Experience developing content calendars and/or content strategy.
(Bonus) Previous experience writing customer case studies, blogs, and marketing copy.
