Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

Qualified Electrical / Refrigeration/ Mechanic or Plumber with recognised Trade Test, or, 5 years of trade experience
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to effectively communicate with others in English
- Previous practical experience in maintenance operations in a luxury 5 Star Hotel or similar
- Min 2 Years of experience in a similar position in a luxury 5-Star hotel 100 rooms plus
- Ability to operate maintenance machinery and equipment
- Ability to bend, lift and move items such as equipment
- Physically fit
- High levels of physical endurance

**The Maintenance Supervisor supports the Hotel Operation by ensuring that all facilities, including but not limited to guest rooms, hotel public and back of house areas and grounds are well maintained and in good working order.**:
**The Maintenance Supervisors role is to perform maintenance, installations, repairs and troubleshooting on refrigeration and electrical systems and general facilities of the property.**:
**The Maintenance Supervisor demonstrates high service levels in responding to internal maintenance requests in the minimum possible time, or, within the timeframes set by the requesting department.**: The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all departmental and hotel, health, safety and security policies, processes, procedures and standards are followed so that the hotel facilities, operating equipment and tools are kept in a clean and in an operational condition.
