We seek to employ a meticulous and efficient GRV Clerk with a keen eye for detail, strong data entry skills, and a commitment to accuracy to join our TOPFAST (Pty) Ltd team. Your primary task will be to accurately capture and process goods received into our accounting system.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately capture goods received on the company’s accounting system using delivery notes and invoices.
- Verify the accuracy of information on delivery documents.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update records of all received goods.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports for management.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Relevant experience in a similar role or demonstrated data-capturing experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong administrative capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- admin and data capturing: 2 years (required)
