Spa Receptionist Position

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- At least two years of experience in a similar frontline role, such as a Receptionist.
- Certifications in body, skincare, beauty therapy, and relevant treatments are advantageous.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the database on ESP.
- Manage the efficiency and profitability of rooms and therapists.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback; resolve issues and report promptly to the manager.
- Confirm bookings and ensure payments are processed.
- Perform daily cash-ups and generate reports.
- Promote and sell spa services.
