Retention Consultant

**Requirements**:
- Experience in working for a leading App
- 2-3 years’ experience with User Retention and Activation in the app eco-system
- Strong analytical skills for modelling performance and opportunity with large sets of data
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics (Firebase), Qlik and other App marketing/reporting tools required
- Experience in understanding the SMS platforms in the GSM business (ex. Flytxt)
- Understanding SMS rules and regulations and best practices
- Experience with best practices for Push Notifications
- Experience in the Microsoft suit mainly PowerPoint and excel - Pivots, graphs and dashboards)
- Experience with Firebase database and tabular would be advantageous
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Copywriting skills essential
- Early stage/hyper growth app background and experience strongly preferred
**Responsibilities**:
- Implementing retention strategies, to improve D1, W1, M1 user retention
- Strategically use communications tools in order to increase retention rates
- Maintain and test various dormant and uninstalled campaigns
- Analyse user activity within the app, and use tactics (funnels, value proposition and segmentation) to increase engagement and improve CLV
- Run retention A/B tests across marketing channels to improve retention
- Refine lifecycle programs that leverage long term relationships for the customer journey end-to-end
- Maintain and add documentations of all lifecycle programs
- Ensure high quality and error-free implementation, testing and QA of lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Support the broader marketing team in hands-on execution of marketing campaigns (maintaining & sending SMS’s, pulling audience segments, a/b testing & reporting
