**- **Plan and coordinate daily activities and events for guests of all ages, including games, sports, and themed parties**

**- **Host and facilitate various activities and events, such as trivia games, dance classes, and talent shows**

**- **Engage with guests and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere on board**

**- **Assist with set-up and breakdown of events and activities**

**- **Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all activities**

**- **Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage and housekeeping, to ensure smooth execution of events**

**- **Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the duration of the cruise**

**- **Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries**

**_ Requirements:_**

**- **Fluent in German (both written and spoken)**

**- **Previous experience in entertainment, animation, or customer service is preferred**

**- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

**- **Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment**

**- **Strong organizational and time-management skills**

**- **Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed**

**- **Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents**
