**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily inspections of installed hardware.
- Ensure the installation and optimization of AI on CCTV infrastructure.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks based on client requirements.
- Maintain cameras in optimal condition.
- Regularly test PTZ functionality.
- Provide operator training to on-duty staff.
- Design and implement SOP for CCTV incident handling.
- Maintain an inventory of surveillance equipment.
- Submit detailed weekly reports.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Hikvision cameras and Hikcentral.
- Experience with Cathexis/Milestone/Avigilon VMS is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of networks, including VLANs, fiber optics, data copper cables, switching, etc.
- Proficiency in installing and updating firmware, configuring hard drives, and troubleshooting computer-related issues.
- Knowledge of servers, including RAID configuration, virtual server setup, and mirroring.
- Good administration skills for effective record-keeping.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: R25 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
