- Must show initiative

**Skills and experience**:

- Min 2-year reception experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel competent
- Grade 12 minimum

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Operate switchboard - answer/ transfer calls
- Take messages and relay to relevant personnel
- Meet/ greet clients, fill in visitors log and seat clients in boardroom
- Maintaining and ordering of stationary stock
- Scheduling of appointments
- quotations, invoices
- Assist with general administrative tasks (typing, filing, drafting documents)
- Ad hoc duties

Starting Salary will be re-evaluated after 3 months of work. Please send a complete CV and contact details.

**Salary**: From R5,000.00 per month
