**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
This position will be directing, overseeing and supporting project development; including involvement in the engineering solution development, bid process, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and invoicing.
1. Engineering, Project Design and Cost Estimate
a. Ensure completeness and accuracy of design basis data.
b. Ensure completeness of necessary risk analysis (PRI/PRA) prior to completion of project design and cost estimate.
c. Ensure completeness of supporting documents related to design and cost estimate such as reference drawings, computations and design requirements from customer.
d. Provide a competitive costing without sacrificing quality and safety.

2. Project Execution
a. Ensure that project duration is within the approved timeline.
b. Ensure that project is within the approved budget.
c. Ensure that the project execution complies with all safety and quality standard of AL Group.
d. Ensure that all required project documentations are available and accessible for general viewing.

3. Regulatory Compliance
a. Ensure that necessary permits required in the project are available as needed.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- **_7 to 10 years capital project management and engineering/Technical experience _**
- **_Track record on managing complex and large capital projects _**
- **_Proficient in value engineering. _**
- **_Effective verbal and written communication, with good mediation skills. _**
- **_Demonstrate collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a team environment. _**
- **_Attention to detail, precision and accuracy in executing tasks. _**
- **_Excellent client-facing communication skills _**
- **_Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) _**
- **_Project Management Qualification _**
- **_Proficiency in using Microsoft Project _**
- **_Proficiency in different project contract types and schemes _**
- **_Understanding of construction regulations _**
