Our Global Pharmaceutical and Service client based in Centurion is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team

**Minimum requirements**:

- Possession of a Law Degree is essential for this role
- Minimum 1-3 years Post Admission Experience
- Strong Commercial experience is required
- Experience in Drafting and Negotiating commercial contracts is required
- Knowledge/Experience of Data Privacy Law would be preferred and is an advantage
- Knowledge/Experience of Corporate Law would be an advantage
- Fluency to Business Level in English, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated to drive work/projects forward
- Well-organized and proactive
- Logical and process-minded with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all parts of the business, including the Executive Leadership team
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is not required for this role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide high-quality and timely legal support to the business in line with its objectives, the department's objectives, and personal objectives
- To act with the highest integrity at all times and in line with the Company handbook, Company values and culture, and the Legal Team's best-in-class service approach
- To help the businesses ensure Compliance with all applicable Laws and best practices in the jurisdictions where the Company operates
- To actively engage with the internal business streams to draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of Contracts with suppliers and customers of the Company worldwide
