**Financial Planning and Analysis**:
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's electrical projects and sales operations.
- **Financial Reporting**:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Revenue Management**:
Ensuring proper invoicing, timely collections, and accurate recording of transactions.
- **Expense Control**:
Monitor and control expenses related to projects, sales, and general operations.

Review and approve expenditures, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with company policies.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**:
Oversee accounts payable functions, including reviewing and approving vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payment schedules.
- **Bookkeeping and Data Entry**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering transactions into accounting software.(Sage)

Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- **Accounts Receivable**:
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies.

Update payment records and maintain a clear record of customer transactions.
- **Accounts Payable**:
Process vendor invoices, match them with purchase orders or contracts, and initiate payment processing.

Maintain vendor records, track payments, and resolve any payment-related issues.
- **Financial Reporting Support**:
Prepare financial reports, including gathering relevant data, generating reports, and conducting basic analysis.
- **Documentation and Filing**:
Organize and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements.

Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Conduct research to support financial decision-making and compliance requirements.
- **Administrative Assistance**:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling financial meetings, and organizing all financial-related tasks.

Pay: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
