**Content Solution Configurator**

We have an exciting opportunity at DXS SA to join our dynamic team of agile individuals that pride themselves in delivering the highest value to our international clinician customer base.

The Content Solution Configurator works with cross functional teams to create and maintain various digital solutions, using inhouse development technology, as specified by our customers or internal product leads.

Our offices are based in Somerset west.

**Duties**:

- Create and maintain various technical solutions using inhouse content production tools and systems.
- Closely collaborate with other team members to create, deliver, and maintain digital resources that fit our customer needs.
- Work from customer-or-internal specifications, and action jobs needed based on change requests received via our service management system.
- Effectively utilise different business workflow system to conduct daily duties, check specification vs requirements and work on the highest priority job in the queue.
- Deliver according to SLA or estimated deadlines.
- Ensure the content or solutions build meet the required quality standards expected by our users.
- Adapt ways of working based upon new features becoming available with our inhouse production tools, which enables new solution to be created for our customers.
- Participate in retrospective meetings with other teams to learn together and continuously improve.
- Reports to the Content Manager

**Desired Experience and Requirements**:

- Ability to focus and attention to detail.
- Able to proficiently learn and understand new software systems.
- Advanced computer literacy required (Microsoft Excel intermediary level)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work and workload
- Solution orientated mindset
- Team player
- Good communicator (verbal and written)
- Technical qualifications advantageous, but not required.
