Key responsibilities Implementations of wrap funds All administration tasks and handling of queries relating to wrap funds Populate, construct and maintain all reports to clients for the wrap fund and unit trust product offering Frequently liaise and interact with BDA, clients and support staff in respect of the take-on process and data required for the reports To work closely with Technical Specialist to ensure we deliver top quality reports to clients Pro-actively manage the reporting process to ensure timeous completion within agreed and contracted delivery dates Contribute to the operational processes in respect of the product to ensure we constantly improve our process Ensure that relevant processes are documented and adhered to by all involved To perform reasonability checks on the reports Minimum requirements Relevant tertiary qualification Degree or Diploma 2 - 3 years related experience Competencies
**Technical**: Well developed and pro-active problem solving skills An understanding of financial markets and industry and an ability to understand the impact of market movements on report data. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience of Morningstar is an advantage
