**About the role**:
Provide workplace experience through departmental rotation to our Graduates. On successful completion of the program, the Graduate should be able to enter the full-time job market in a role that will match the needs of the individual and the business.
**Your contribution will be**:
Onboarding - Aimed at providing the Graduates with basic knowledgeable exposure to the company software and systems that would be utilized daily improving skills and providing systems experience at the same time. This includes providing Graduates the opportunity to test what they have learned by preparing a virtual machine, installing the company software as well as constructing planning for a solution and the building thereof. Development of investigation, troubleshooting, written soft skills and confidence will be developed by interacting with staff, customers, and partners on the community forum.

Department rotations - Aimed at providing the Graduate with the opportunity to get a feel for the various departments making it easier to decide on a career path to pursue. This also provides the Graduates with basic department focused experience and skill obtainment throughout the department sets.

Incubation and review - Graduates will be completing career focused tailoring training by means of a Microsoft exam and extra-curricular training through Nintex Learning Academy. Reviews are performed to get a better idea of career fit and recommended career pursuing paths.

Department allocation - Aimed at providing the Graduates the opportunity to be tailored for the pursuing career path of choice obtaining tailored skills and career experience in a departments field. Reviews will be used to determine career department fit based on skill set, provided feedback and Graduate interests.

**To be successful we think you need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and see through to completion
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and new products
- Ability to effectively explain and communicate root cause analysis
- Strong interpersonal, documentation and communication skills
