**Introduction**

Farmpack is located in the vicinity of Mbombela, Mpumalanga and supplies packaging material to the agricultural and business sectors.
The company produces and distributes a wide variety of boxes to clientele across the country and Mozambique.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant BCom degree with Accountancy/ studying towards an accounting qualification.
- Completed Articles (SAIPA/ SAICA) will be advantageous.
- Applicable experience in a fast-moving operational environment.
- Experience in a processing environment will be advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to work with Excel on an advanced level.
- Experience on Microsoft Navision or Business Central will serve as recommendation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Allocation of creditor accounts
- Approval of purchase orders within mandate
- Updating and monitoring supplier pricelists
- Reconciliation of control accounts
- Creditor reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices
- Assistance with fixed assets and CAPWIP
- Preparing month-end journals and reconciliation to be approved by the Financial Manager.
- Building and maintaining a monthly Audit-file for submission to the Financial Manager
- Approval of subordinate's reconciliations and ensure final controls are in place
- Basic reporting and analysis
