**Requirements**:

- 5 Years experience as a Technical Sales Support Administration.
- Experience in the technical aspects of the product or service and the customer's needs, helping to facilitate successful sales and customer satisfaction
- Experience in managing the warranty procedures
- Must have an understanding of schematics and part number references.
- Must have a good understanding of volumetric weight and what parts would be airfreightable or not
- Computer literate on MS Office. Experience on Pastel Evolution is preferred
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Duties
- Pre-Sales support by identifying customer requirements and part numbers based on pictures, samples, schematics and/or serial numbers. This involves engaging with customers to understand their requirements.
- Assisting the sales team in preparing and delivering quotations. This may include creating technical documentation, writing proposals, and gathering relevant technical information to support the sales process.
- Addressing customer concerns, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Taking ownership of and managing the warranty procedure.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as the workshop, product development, marketing, procurement and the warehouse to relay customer feedback, gather product information, and contribute to product and service improvement.
