Plumber

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, drainage, and gas systems, in both residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all plumbing installations and repairs meet the requirements of the Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB) and local building codes.
- Complete detailed service reports, including the accurate recording of materials, time spent on site, and work performed.
- Perform inspections and regular maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and ensure safety and efficiency.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergency plumbing situations.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and implement effective solutions for complex plumbing issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with plumbing industry trends, codes, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- PIRB accreditation is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven plumbing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship on every job.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Additional plumbing certifications or trade qualifications.
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with new technologies and innovations in the plumbing industry.
