**About Compliance**

The FAIS Centre of Excellence is a compliance function within Group Compliance that provides compliance oversight and advice to Discovery FSPs, Key Individual and Representatives.

The purpose of this role in the FAIS Centre of Excellence is to provide administrative support to the compliance department with regards to reporting, tracking and organizing.

**Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Create and maintain a Competency register to track all competency requirements
- System development/updates
- Updating of Plumbline with regards to Competency requirements
- Send reminders to business of upcoming RE, Qualification and COB deadlines
- Tracking and updating of per category deadlines of Representatives
- Annual attestations tracking
- Monthly update of COI register
- Quarterly reporting on Fit & Proper and Conflict of Interest attestations
- Tracking and updating of Tied Advisors registered on multiple FSP’s
- Monthly reporting on compulsory training stats, FSP’s, Key Individuals, Representatives and Registered Compliance Officers
- Regulatory Examination bookings for Representatives
- Provision of COB vouchers for Representatives

**Education**
- Relevant Qualifications

**Work Experience**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administration
- Working experience in a financial services compliance role with an understanding of legislation and very strong administrative skills are preferable
