**Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist - Leads Management**

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee sales lead management and ensure all processes are executed accurately. This role is key to maintaining a high-performing sales pipeline and preventing missed opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and audit how sales leads are being managed.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify gaps, missed opportunities, and process lapses.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve lead handling.
- Serve as the “eyes and ears” of leadership to ensure accountability.
- Prepare concise reports on lead quality and compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Sales Operations, or CRM/Leads Management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.

**Work Setup**
- Fully remote.
- Flexible schedule with regular reporting required.
