**Now Hiring: Technical Product Manager**

Yebo Fresh is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our engineering team. This

is a senior role, and you will be working directly with the CTO, as their right-hand, and will

be required to interact with our exco on a regular basis, while working on building the

future of the Yebo Fresh platforms while planning and managing the development

roadmap on both our internal, and customer-facing tools and system.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, and has worked in a

senior engineering role, and has extensive experience in product, and project

management.

**Some key role requirements and duties include**:

- Uncovering and understanding customer needs, working closely with our Sales

and Marketing team, and translating those needs into actionable requirements.
- Creating and implementing project plans that meet the vision, requirements and

deadlines of the proposed roadmap.
- Ensuring the requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans

match expectations of the leadership team and the board.
- Assessing and addressing technical risks, alongside the CTO
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product and engineering

documentation
- Supporting our operations teams in identifying issues within our systems, as well

as working with the teams to plan out technical solutions to optimise our

operations.**Skills and requirements needed to fulfil the role**:

- Strong product & product management skills, including agile/linear

methodologies and how to manage a technical roadmap, and projects across

multiple platforms.
- Strong technical brief writing skills - you will be required to take

information/feature requests from various teams and feed them into the project

roadmap.
- Previous engineering experience is required, with solid understanding of our tech

stack, being advantageous. Including, but not limited to:
○ Python & Django

○ GraphQL APIs

○ ReactJS

○ Flutter

○ Warehouse Management Systems

○ Experience with Unleashed is a plus
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and understanding the risks of

working within a fast-paced startup.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering,

operations, sales & marketing and customer service
- Data-driven decision making is important, and understanding how to use that

data to drive internal and customer-facing product decisions.

**Contract Type**:Permanent Employment Contract with a 3-months probationary period.
