- In-depth knowledge of repairing and maintaining various farming equipment, including tractors, planters, harrows, combine harvesters, mixers, and fertilizer spreaders.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and scheduling.
- Experience in ordering and replacing parts, as well as managing inventory.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and practices in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments during varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
