Restaurant Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned manager looking for your next opportunity in a charming setting? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the operations manager of our little cafe/restaurant. The role can later develop into running the guesthouse & farm.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, coordinating bookings, handling guest inquiries and concerns, managing property maintenance, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the establishment.
In addition to your excellent managerial skills, we are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and can utilize technology to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive business growth. If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
Must know how to do stock etc.
The job will require you to work weekends (some but not all)
1. Applicants must have their own mode of transport.
2. Knowledge on our POS - Lightspeed.
3. At least 2 years managing a restaurant - operations side.
We are looking for someone excited and inspired to be part of our team and grow our business, helping us with projects and dedicating energy and time to our dream.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
