Our client, a leader in the confectionary manufacturing sector, seeks to employ a team leader/supervisor, with solid experience in the production of chocolate and confectionary, to join their team in Cape Town

**KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION**:

- You will have Matric, with a related Diploma in supervision, production or food technology, coupled with 3-5 years’ experience in managing a confectionary production team.
- You will have experience in problem solving and creating ways to improve on products and enhance quality
- You will have excellent planning skills and be responsible to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and that the stock level are optimum to reach daily targets
- You will be deadline orientated, have exceptional organisational skills and be a expert problem solver
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
