**MAIN PURPOSE**:

- Ensuring all work done is accompanied by the relevant documentation by maintaining proper communication between the technical and administrative staff.

**DUTIES**:

- Issuing of vehicle release gate passes
- 24 Hr standby
- Administrative procedures
- Reporting
- Supervisory standards
- Customer liaison
- Outwork
- To take personal responsibilities in complying with MAN JHB policy on ethical business conduct and behaviour and to report any contraventions that could harm the business to the senior management of the company
- Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Passenger or truck experience
- Std 10/ Grade 12
- 2 - 3 years related experience
- Good people and communication skills
- Knowledge about vehicle engines and parts, automotive electronics and workshop engineering
- Technical experience and advantage
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Driver’s license
