Stores Administrator

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Read and understand the predetermined daily production schedule
- Prepare, packaging material to respective production departments in line with daily production schedule received from Production Planner
- Receive stock as determined by order sheets as per Stores procedure, complete receiving documents, and issue batch codes
- Check if the stock correlates with the invoice and order sheets as per Stores procedure
- Check whether stock is in good order and not expired as per Stores procedure
- Effectively complete all storeroom related documentation as per requirements of all departments to ensure traceability can be conducted.
- Monitor stock levels as per Stores procedure
- Check that products meet quality standards as determined by Quality Control principles
- Ensure that the storeroom is always clean.
- Ensure all recipes are processed correctly into the sage system as per stock issues and returned
- Ensure all recipes are closed within 2 days from processing the recipe
Run mid-month and month end stock take and complete all tasks in accordance with stock take given
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Matric
- Computer literate
- 3+ Years Proven work experience in Administration/Data Capturing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Sage system experience is advantageous

- Ability to work without supervision
- Assertive
- Ability to work under pressure
- Communication skills
