**Skills and experience required**:
Extensive experience at a Christian private school as a Principal / Head of Primary School
Strong people management and leadership abilities
Strong business and financial acumen who has the ability to manage the business side of this school.
**As this is Christian school, the following is also required**:
Sound biblical knowledge
Ability to integrate Christian principles into the curriculum, guide discussions on faith-related topics, and address spiritual questions from students and staff.
**Job description**:
Articulate and implement a clear educational philosophy that integrates Christian values into every aspect of school life.
Maintain an excellent reputation for the school and manage marketing activities
Responsible for the wellbeing, health and safety of students, staff, parents and visitors while at the school
Host parent meetings
Achieve academic strategy and targets
Oversees the academic policies and procedures for all staff and ensure continuous improvement of these policies and procedures
Analyse and respond to all academic and school issues
Recruitment and selection of academic staff
Manage, develop and mentor all staff members
Prepare reports for shareholders
Oversee full finance management function for the school
Prepare and maintain budgets
Maintain world class facilities and stay up to date with advancements in the education space.
