**Position: Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)**

**Location: National**
- Aluma Capital strives to be South-Africa’s leading Asset and Fund Management Company. We provide several private investment options to our clients, including Private Equity, Global Note and insurance products._

**Who are we looking for?**

A Financial Advisor (financial agent / broker) who will be responsible for selling the Company’s financial services to new clients and will facilitate business growth.

**Requirements**:

- 2 or more years’ experience as a Financial Advisor within the financial services industry, life and investment essential.
- Matric/Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent Essential.
- 120 FAIS credits (NQF 5) in Wealth Management, CFP preferred.
- RE 5 certificate.
- Proven sales track record.

**Duties**
- Presenting the Company’s products and conducting sales.
- Conduct customer needs analysis and advise accordingly.
- Provide feedback on daily activities (calls, appointments, sales etc.)
- Develop and maintain client network.
- Use company’s resources and expertise to analyse client needs.
- Facilitate additional lead generation.
- Work in CRM, keeping client’s information complete and up to date.
- Undergo necessary scheduled trainings and upskilling sessions.
