**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide remote and desktop support to users.
- Offer daily hardware and software support.
- Configure and set up laptops and workstations.
- Perform network and printer support, including hardware repairs.
- Manage new user setup and asset control.
- Handle requisitions for new equipment/software.
- Participate in IT projects and follow company policies.
- Perform database backups and restores.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Packages.
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications.
- Clear communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Time management and prioritizing skills.
- 1-2 years of support and network administration experience (preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
