Heller Operator/setter

**Position**: X8 CNC Heller Operators

**Reporting to**:Production Team Leader

**General Job Description**:
In this role, the incumbent is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of machinery or equipment. The position requires monitoring the systems, performing routine maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and troubleshooting issues to maintain smooth operations.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Operate Ziess machine
- Setting of the machine
- Make adjustments on the machines according to the layout
- Able to use line gauges
- Able to interpret machine capability readings
- Basic fault finding
- Assist with any adhoc requests to support production

**Minium Requirements**:

- Technical Qualification, N2 as a minimum in Electrical/Mechanical
- Minimum 3 years CNC machine control experience
- 3 years experience in a technical manufacturing environment
- Minimum height of 1.7 mandatory operational requirements
- Excellent health and physically fit for duty
- A self-starter who has the ability to prioritize and can work with minimum supervision.
