**We are Hiring a Junior Coordinator (at our events department)**
The Junior Coordinator will report directly to the Events Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating weddings, private functions, corporate events, conferences, and

other special events, ensuring all logistics are carefully managed.

- Support the preparation of proposals, event timelines, function sheets, budgets, and other planning

documents to facilitate smooth operations.

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and

alignment across all stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate event records, documentation, and correspondence throughout the guest journey,

from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.

- Ensure all events are executed to the estate’s high standards, reflecting the brand’s luxury positioning

and commitment to exceptional service.

- Anticipate potential challenges or issues and proactively propose solutions to prevent disruptions

during event planning or execution.

- Support the Events Manager with administrative and operational tasks as required, contributing to

continuous improvement in departmental processes.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in the event or hospitality fields.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and

colleagues at all levels.

- Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera; familiarity with event management software is an

advantage.

- Professional, service-oriented, and client-focused attitude, with a positive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
