- Oversee and lead sales staff to reach targets

- Adhere to the company’s QMS, ISO:9001, Health and Safety and BRCGS system.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric with a Relevant Diploma / Degree in Sales
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales in a production environment
- Good product knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- The ability and desire to sell
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Good analytical abilities and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Time Management: Perform tasks and deliver reports within agreed timelines
- MS Office and Syspro
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or BRCGS would be advantageous
