**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage assigned IT-for-IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget.
Manage a portfolio of obsolescence projects, specifically around Windows and Linux OS decommissioning and upgrades across the IT estate.
Produce and present monthly obsolescence reports to IT governance forums and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to plan and execute obsolescence remediation activities.
Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain transparent communication regarding project status, risks, and impacts.
Ensure mínimal business disruption by planning, coordinating, and executing change management strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, reports, risk logs, and change requests.
Demonstrate solid organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies.
**Education & Qualifications**:
**Minimum**: Matric / Grade 12
**Preferred**: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
**Certifications**:
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent (required)
ITIL Foundation (Advantageous)
**Experience Required**:
5 to 10 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with demonstrable success in delivering multiple medium-complexity projects.
Experience working in technical infrastructure environments, particularly around operating systems, obsolescence, and inventory management.
Experience in governance reporting and stakeholder management at executive levels.
Practical knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
Exposure to cybersecurity principles and practices.
Experience in Financial Services or similar regulated environments is advantageous.
