In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in conducting interviews and surveys, collecting valuable data, and analyzing results. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews and surveys with clients, stakeholders, and participants under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collect and record survey data accurately, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Learn to manage and maintain relationships with participants, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the survey objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve interview and survey techniques.
- Gain exposure to industry-specific tools and software used in data collection and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required—this is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to learn and grow in research and data collection.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of participants.
- A keen attention to detail and an interest in working with data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
