**Exciting work you will do**:
Administers on-boarding for new hires to include pre-employment testing, updating recruiting system (Bullhorn), and overseeing on-boarding processes in Workday to ensure a smooth experience for new joiners.
Collaborates with HR team with off-boarding employees to include accurate term processes, termination letters, severance packages, and exit interviews to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
Provides guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Responds to questions regarding onboarding, terminations, paycheck issues, benefits issues, PTO issues, etc. (may involve collaborating with HR, payroll, IT, recruiting, etc.)
Works with HRBP to align coach for all new hires within first 10 days.
Administers changes to employment status including reduced work arrangements, promotions, demotions, raises, etc.
Maintains employee records in Workday (HRIS System) while auditing information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manages Workday reports such as on-boarding dashboards, Workday Inbox, report requests, etc.
Supports performance projects throughout the year including monthly and/or periodic processes, comm.’s and reporting.
Provides monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting to HRBPs and senior leadership.
Supports all audit requests with clients and auditors.
Supports all client onboarding requests.
Collaborates across entire HR team to learn functions and proactively identify operational efficiencies.
All other duties as assigned by Manager/Lead.

**Preferred skills**:
BS/BA in HR, Business or other related field required.
3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources or any similar combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of Workday experience (HRIS) preferred. Expertise with HRIS systems required.
Ability to interact/collaborate effectively with employees at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while meeting SLAs
Adaptable, resourceful with excellent customer service skills
Takes initiative and self
- motivated.
**Proficient in MS Office**: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
