**Minimum Requirements**
- At least **3 years’ experience** in major retailer customer or restaurant environment
- Strong **administrative and organizational abilities** with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in **MS Office (especially Excel)** and general computer skills.
- **Matric certificate** (compulsory) plus a post-matric qualification in administration or computer skills
- Valid **South African ID** and a **clear criminal record**.
- **Driver’s license** is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the **bakery/confectionery industry** will be a plus
- Strong **communication skills** (verbal and written).
- Must be **punctual, honest, diligent, and reliable**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interact with our clients and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist in coordinating and managing **customer event cake orders** with production teams.
- Verify, reconcile, and monitor orders to ensure **accuracy and timely delivery**.
- Ensure **accurate cashier transactions** and safeguard against stock loss or theft.
- Oversee **product merchandising, stock rotation, and daily stock counts** of confectionery items
