**About Us**:
MAH SAMBE is a 5-star rated school transport company operating in the Pretoria and Mnandi area (near Olievenhoutbosch and Diepsloot). We prioritize the safety and well-being of the children we transport and are seeking a responsible, patient, and friendly school transport driver to join our dedicated team.

**Position**: School Transport Driver

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely drive a school transportation vehicle along designated routes, adhering to scheduled times for pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Ensure all children are securely strapped in during transit.
- Meet children at designated stops and ensure they are handed over to parents or authorized guardians upon drop-off.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires, to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Report any necessary mechanical repairs promptly.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness to promote a safe and healthy environment.
- Complete periodic reports on mileage and passenger counts.
- Refrain from transporting unauthorized passengers.
- Participate in driver training programs to stay updated on South African learner transportation regulations.
- Operate a two-way radio as needed.
- Fulfill additional duties as required by the company.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Minimum requirement: Matric (highest standard pass); a qualification in logistics, mechanic or experience in tourism will be an advantage.
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license with an up-to-date Passenger Driver Permit.
- Proficiency in English and a local language.
- Ability to read and write at a level necessary for job duties.
- Two to three years of solid school transport driving experience or in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of first aid practices and procedures.
- Understanding of safe driving practices and current South African Road Safety Regulations.
- Familiarity with local routes in Centurion, including Mnandi and Monavoni, is advantageous.
- Mechanical skills are a plus.
- Excellent coordination, time management, and judgment skills.
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions independently.
- Physical capability to perform required duties effectively and safely.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective work relationships.
