**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers to introduce our services and generate interest.
- ** Qualify leads** and schedule appointments for senior sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the **CRM system**.
- Meet daily and weekly call and lead-generation targets.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and direct them where needed.
- Provide feedback from prospects to help improve sales campaigns.

**Key Requirements**:

- ** Matric (Grade 12)** essential.
- Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
- ** Excellent verbal communication skills** (clear, professional, and persuasive).
- Confidence to speak with clients over the phone.
- Positive, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Target-driven with the resilience to handle rejection.
