**Minimum requirements**:
**Job Function**:

- The Incumbent will be responsible for the efficient and Effective Management of all Asset free operations operating nationally as well as Cross Border.
- Client relationship across multiple principles.

**Key performance areas**:

- Revenue Management
- Claims Management
- Subcontractor Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Business Development

**Nature of position**:
The incumbent will be directly involved in the day-to-day operation of numerous subcontractor vehicles and well as client requirements.
The incumbent will need to ensure the smooth operation of all of the various role players who report to him and the completion of their relevant tasks.

**Qualifications required**:

- Degree pref

**Skills and experience required**:

- 5 Years experience in a Similar Role
- Cross Border Transportation knowledge
- Computer Literacy - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must have own transportation and valid Code 8 Drivers License
