**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Food Tech, Biotech, Food & Nutrition, or Analytical Chemistry
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing sector

**Role Competencies**:

- FMCG, Manufacturing sector experience is essential.
- Proven ability to manage, maintain, and deliver against customer requirements.
- Analytical skills, communication skills, conflict management, and report writing skills.
- Control lab stock supplies, conduct stock takes, place orders, and manage documentation.
- Develop and validate new analytical methods, training QC Analysts.
- Ensure hazardous chemical compliance, maintain MSDSs, and uphold safety standards.
- Maintain GLPs, lab housekeeping, and safety.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, verification, and calibration.
- Improve online quality assurance systems continuously.
- Manage testing documentation and supervise QC personnel.
- Fill in for lab techs when needed.
- Plan and maintain staff schedules.
- Review and follow up on external analyses.
- Update and maintain lab reports accurately.
- Manage final product release and handle customer issues.
- Conduct blend/spec matching and manage retention samples.
- Perform internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Act as a liaison between QC and other departments, customers, and suppliers.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
