Boilermaker Assistant

duties
- Services and maintains equipment according to prescribed procedures and standards.
- Ensures the correct parts, tools and equipment are available as and when required.
- Performs regular inspections and monitoring to ensure plant, equipment and other equipment are performing to required standards.
- Productively assists the artisan in their daily duties as required.
- Identifies maintenance issues and concerns and reports them to the artisan.

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12)
- Technical training (NQF Level 5) would be advantageous
- Valid driver's licence
- 1-year related experience in maintenance or production as a Mechanical Engineering Assistant, predominantly Boilermaker related Assistance or similar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mthatha, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
