Draughting Internship

**About Us**: Brio Concepts & Design is an interdisciplinary design studio partnering with clients to develop their dream living experiences through integrated design and collaboration of Architecture, Design & Technology.

**Location**: East Rand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

**What you will do**:

- Report to the Creative Director
- Develop and prepare architectural designs, technology designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications
- Create 3-dimensional BIM models for use by various departments and teams
- Utilize BIM to analyze potential design solutions for building services clashes
- Preparing dimensional drawings, installation drawings, and more complex drawings
- Making adjustments to drawings and designs according to feedback from management. architects, designers, engineers and project managers.
- Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current project and team needs
- Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design change
- Collaborating with the design team to review drawings and designs.
- Ensure final drawings are as per final designs.
- Perform other duties as required
- Troubleshoot issues that occur during the course of a project.
- Should have strong knowledge of Autodesk programs. (Revit Specifically)
- Ability to working in a strong team environment.
- Good **organization** and **communication** skills.
