Toy Kingdom is seeking fun, outgoing, and driven to chase and achieve sale targets? This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual with an extroverted personality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service with energy and enthusiasm
- Establish a heartfelt connection with every customer
- Ensure customer needs are satisfied by receiving, merchandising, and replenishing stock
- Invoke a sense of play by conducting product demonstrations
- Gift-wrapping customer items
- Maintaining the Kingdom’s housekeeping standards to ensure an amazing customer experience

**Qualifications and Core Competencies**:

- Grade 12 or Equivalent certificate
- Retail Experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Have consistently delivered results above industry norms.
