Qc Clerk

Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily production meetings
- wrapping machines, that they properly seal the products within the plastic bags, that they regularly clean the conveyor, that they do housekeeping, etc.
- Immediately report breakdowns to the Production Manager and Workshop department
- Conduct random inspections on raw materials and products across the departments
- Identify and resolve quality non-conformances
- Gather data and prepare monthly reports
- Conduct internal audits across the departments and prepare reports thereof

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 with English and Mathematics
- A related tertiary qualification would be advantageous e.g. ISO 9001:2015 - Internal and Supplier QMS Auditor training; Assessor training
- Computer literacy/ MS Office proficient
- Syspro proficient
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance/ quality control, manufacturing environment
- Inspections and audits
- Data gathering and analysing
- Report writing
- Supervisory skills
