We are seeking an **experienced, passionate Preschool Principal** to lead our vibrant early childhood education team.

**Location**: Richards Bay

**About the Role**:
The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children while leading and supporting staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage staff effectively
Oversee curriculum planning and implementation
Maintain clear, professional communication with parents
Manage administrative and financial aspects of the preschool
Foster a positive, inclusive school culture

**Requirements**:
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education / Education Management
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood
Previous leadership/management experience in a preschool setting
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Passionate about early childhood development
