**Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy - Human Resources Officer**
**Luxury Lodge - Pilanesberg, North West**
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist role (Essential)
- Sound knowledge of SA Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE, etc.)
- Experience with CCMA procedures and IR processes
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Hospitality industry experience and leadership skills (Advantageous)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as liaison between management, staff, and the HR function
- Support a positive, high-performance workplace culture
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure timely submission of payroll-related documentation
- Handle statutory reporting including EE and CATHSSETA submissions
- Maintain employee records and ensure legislative compliance
- Address HR-related queries from all staff levels
- Assist with learning and development initiatives and performance appraisals
- Provide operational support to the lodges as required and escalate concerns to management
**Package on Offer**:
- R15 000 per month depending on experience
- Live-in position
**Start Date**: ASAP
Pay: R15 000,00 per month

- Pilanesberg, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR Generalist: 2 years (required)
