NATIONAL PROCUREMENT MANAGER-(MINING/MANUFACTURING)
B COM DEGREE + CMP QUALIFICATION
**SOUND EXPERIENCE WITH SAP**: MM, PM AND FI MODULES
WEST RAND BASED
R1.3 MILLION per annum
Developing and implementing a national operational procurement, warehousing and import strategies and plans in support of the Companys high level procurement plan.
Develop and execute lower level sourcing strategies for the respective product segments on a Business Unit or regional basis.
Management and implementation of policies, practices and plans to achieve procurement excellence and expected customer service requirements.
Management of material and vendor master data, standard naming convention and contracts on SAP and drive reduction stock to improve NWC and cost in line with targets.
Manage regional contracts for 3 to 5 year periods based on TCO concepts taking into account supplier evaluation, commercial risks and alternatives available on market.
Implementing e-tools, tender processes and procedures as well as reporting structures to measure effectiveness.
Manage internal compliance and build relationships with key internal and external customers and suppliers.
Knowledge of SLAs and contract management, inventory management systems and processes.
Ability to manage and provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of specialists.
