**Job Title**: Debtors & Creditors Clerk (3-Month Contract)
**Location**: Onsite, South Africa
**Type**: Full-time, Fixed-Term (3 months)

**About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Debtors & Creditors Clerk to support a global financial services company on a 3-month contract. The role is fully office-based and focuses on loading funds onto prepaid cards for field promoters, and tracking all transactions accurately in Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Load and reconcile funds onto promoters’ cards accurately and on time
- Maintain and update Excel trackers for all payments, balances and reconciliations
- Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Communicate with field promoters via phone throughout the day
- Escalate payment or system issues to the relevant manager

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Debtors/Creditors, finance admin or similar role
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters, basic lookups, reconciliations)
- Excellent numeracy skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable with high call volumes and working under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a tough skin - able to handle rude or frustrated callers calmly
- Willing and able to work onsite full-time
