Our client is seeking to place a well presented and communicated individual at their showroom in Montague Gardens who is able to manage the ordering and administrative duties associated with sales, as well as attend to walk-in customers. This position offers an excellent growth opportunity for the right individual Fully training will be supplied.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matriculation
- Above average English communication skills both written and spoken
- 4+ years relevant experience (ordering clerk / procurement admin)
- 4+ years Excel working experience
- Drivers Licence and own transport
- Experience in the custom furniture / design industries highly beneficial
R10 000 basic slightly negotiable
Duties will include:
- Analysing quotes and establishing lists of components to be ordered (Excel)
- Placing the orders with suppliers
- Capturing of product components (Excel)
