Job Introduction**Installation Technician**

G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for a Installation Technician based at our G4S Deposita operations in Midrand.

The main purpose of this key role is to effectively install, repair and maintain ABM's and docking stations. To ensure alignment of contractual obligations to customers and drive implementation company’s cash processing procedures in the most cost effective and efficient manner possible. To continually review and improve branch profitability.

The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which **Cash Processing **plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.

Main Responsibilities**Installation and Maintenance of ABM's**
- Install new ABM's on customer premises
- Uninstall machines on customer premises
- Maintain ABM's and installing new modifications
- Provide training to customers on the installed AMB's
- Maintain and install docking stations

**Provide efficient customer service**

Collect faulty canister form the cash centre for repair by the workshop

Preform spot fixing on sites instead of swopping ABM's

Ensure that technical call outs are attended to within the time limits of the SLA

Minimum qualification
- Grade 12
- 1 Year technical experience
- Valid Drivers Licence
